Before the fall of man. God the father had walked in fellowship with adam and eve in the garden. After man fell God had a distant relationship with man through sacrifices of animals which could never take away fully man's sin so God could have true fellowship with us. He long for a relationship with His creation. At the appointed moment in time an angel went forth.
