Dear Partners,

We have all read the verse, "this is the way, walk ye in it.. I have read it many times, especially since Floyd was called home almost 4 years ago. God always walks with me but the past two months its been a roller coaster ride!

Jordan went to Florida for the summer, but changed his mind and came back in June. For 5 weeks I was alone, except for the visit of "The Advent" a Christian Rock Band. They were here a couple of days just before the return of Jordan and his Florida girl friend. Then came my two 16 year old granddaughters, Chloe from Florida and Rebecca from Austin. The girls were delightful and helped me organize some closets and other things. Chloe drives so they happily went to the mall or Starbucks by themselves.

In the middle of this we had another band, "Trapped Under Ice" first visit. My health was on the same roller coaster. Just as I think, "I am so much better, I can go to church and go visit nursing homes....." something flares up that keeps me home.

This week my dizziness increased and the doctor gave me an IV at his office. Dehydration was the reason although I drink 2 or 3 bottles of water daily. It has been in the 90s daily and I have watered plants a bit. Dizziness is still there so my water bottle and I will see the doctor on Monday.

As you pray for my situation, pray for wisdom. At times I wish someone else would make my decisions for me....wisdom in use of time, stretching the dollars, how much medicine I should take.

I do thank you for standing with me. I would love to visit every one of you...but right now its just to the doctors' offices. Praise the Lord for the concerned health providers I have and the location of the clinic 5 minutes away. Love, Millie
