Caitlyn van Rensburg is in ICU in the Greenacres Hospital in Port
Elizabeth at the moment.
She needs to have a heart operation to widen the artery in her heart on
the left side in order to get enough oxygen to the rest of her body.
Her heart is now enlarged.
She is struggling to breathe due to the water over the heart and the
blood in the lungs, which the doctors are trying
to clear before the operation, therefore the heart is taking strain
from the pressure it has to be able to pump the blood through the heart and
that is also why she is getting tired so easily.

The heart operation will be done at the Red-Cross Children's Hospital
in Cape Town.
