What does God say in His Word about us?

Life's Circumstances-
The Lord allows conditions in our lives to change us into the image of Jesus. Through life's circumstances we can learn to trust and depend on Him.

We are Condition-
There are commercials played in our minds over and over for our benefit. They are designed to cause us to look to someone or something outside of God to meet our needs. To act independently of God.

I want to tell a story of how I was tried with last Sundays message the next day on Monday.
I was sitting around worrying, one of my occupations. When the Lord said "get up and dust yourself off and go golfing resting in me."
I drove there singing songs and speaking in tongues with interpretations. It was a wonderful time. I'm trusting and resting in God, yeah.
I got up to the first tee and lost my Christianity. I mean it was like I hit a slip and slide and slid all the way down to the gates of hell, with the devil opening the door asking me to come in, as if I knocked or something, or was the next contestant on the price is right.
It took me 9 holes just to get over it.

We have so blurred walking and trusting God between mountain top experiences and valleys. We can see God when on the mountain top. But we have a hard time seeing and believing Him in the valleys.
Yet God wants to take us through the valleys of life as well as the blessings of mountain tops. That He might receive the glory of great things He has done and to show His wisdom to authorities in heavenly places.

Eph. 3:8 To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ,
Eph. 3:9 and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things;
Eph. 3:10 so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.

Eph. 3:11 This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord,
Eph. 3:12 in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him.

The mystery again, which is "Christ in you the hope of Glory"
Because of Christ in us we can overcome, right?
Our enemy wants to cause division, chaos, confusion, distractions, turmoil etc. through life's circumstances. All designed to keep the truth of God's word from becoming rooted in out hearts and from renewing our minds.
When we become distracted and focused on our circumstances we fall into the place of wanting to act ourselves rather then trust and wait on God.

However the truth will set us free. God's word is truth.

So here is what I believe the Lord would have us do.
So I do not want to tell you, rather have you come up and stand before one of the two wireless mics and say what
God's word say about us?
Who does God say's we are?
And then go back and sit down. No preaching, or long scriptures, just speak a scripture, then sit down, ok?

Ok,
Will we believe what God's word say's concerning our circumstances?

Then let us believe His word, stand steadfast and resist the devil.
Lets us remind ourselves of God's faithfulness. That He has a plan for our lives and we trust Him.
